¹ Basic is capped at 10 songs in your personal library. The public master table stays searchable for everyone.

² Standard auto-scroll runs at a steady speed. Advanced auto-scroll follows each song's tempo and section map for hands-free stage use.

³ Anyone can listen on Playerdi. Uploading your own tracks requires Premium — the upload button stays visible and offers an upgrade.

⁴ Paid plans never see pop-up ads. The desktop border strip and sidebar rail may still show house or sponsor campaigns.

Frequently asked questions

How does billing work?

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record — they handle the card, taxes and invoicing. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, then renews monthly or yearly (yearly includes 2 months free). You can manage cards and download invoices any time from “Manage billing”.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in one click and you keep full access until the end of the paid period — nothing is cut off early, and there are no cancellation fees.

What happens if I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?

Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is billed right away (prorated). Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep your current features until then.

Do charts work offline?

Songs and PDFs you import are stored locally on your device, so your charts and setlists keep working with no signal on stage. Exporting a Setlist PDF gives you a fully offline backup.

What does “Premium only” mean on a module?

It marks features reserved for the Premium tier — currently Soundboardi ambient pads and Playerdi artist uploads. Free and Pro users still see the buttons; tapping one opens a quick upgrade prompt instead of failing silently.

How do promo codes work?

Admins can issue promo codes that apply a percentage discount at checkout. Enter the code in the upgrade dialog before starting checkout and the discounted total is shown before you pay.

What is “Under Maintenance” on a module?

Modules can be switched off globally by the admin while they're being prepared. It's not related to your plan — when the module is switched back on it returns to normal for your tier.
